No — as long as we have access to a working outdoor water spigot and the areas to be cleaned, you don't need to be present. Many customers go to work and come home to a property that looks brand new. We'll send you a message when we're done.
A few things help us do our best work: move vehicles out of the driveway, bring in any loose patio furniture or decorations, close your windows and doors, and make sure your outdoor water spigot is accessible. That's about it — we handle the rest.
